Declan is a Chartered Management Accountant, with wide experience initially in education, and then accounting expertise
as a Financial Controller and Director in a variety of commercial sectors.He has accounting experience in food manufacturing, construction,
catering industry, as a Financial Controller of a Children's Home, a Company in the Bowater Group and the Lego Group, also as a Director
of a property Company.
Declan has over thirty years post qualification experience that includes preparing statutory & management accounts, office management and
staff training, business planning and budgeting, raising finance, implementing new financial systems and operating procedures, cash flow
management, credit control, company secretarial duties, internal audit, payroll and vat.
Declan has been responsible for multiple company finances, investor relations, business planning, contract negotiation, corporate services
and installing quality financial systems.
Declan is proficient in advising directors and other senior non-finance managers, recruiting, training and managing staff to maximise
their performance and meet deadlines.
