Tang holds a Bachelor Degree of Chemical Engineering and Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Malaya, Malaysia. He has also underwent a two-week enterpreneurship programme at Stanford University Center of Professional Development. Mr Tang has 12 years of experience in technology entrepreneurship, having founded his first startup in 2008 in automated water treatment technology and marketed the technology to South Africa and the larger African continent. He has also served as advisor and consultant for companies and projects in the field of R&D commercialisation, new technology development and sustainable development.
